Adam A. Larson and James M. Campbell of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy assisted in obtaining a dismissal of Plaintiff’s Complaint regarding exposure to asbestos against our client Raytheon Company. The Plaintiff’s Complaint contended that decedent was exposed to asbestos while she laundered the clothing of her ex-husband. The Complaint contended that the asbestos came from her husband’s employment at a Raytheon building in North Andover, MA. The Court (Judge Hely), allowed Raytheon’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint because the Complaint did not allege sufficient facts against Raytheon to comply with the standards stated in Iannacchino v. Ford Motor Co., 451 Mass. 623, 636 (2008).
