James M. Campbell, President of Campbell Edwards & Conroy was elected as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers
November 2014

The International Society of Barristers was created in 1965 and is dedicated to preserving trial by jury, the adversary system and an independent judiciary. Fewer than 700 lawyers are members of the International Society of Barristers. Fellows are selected by their peers and judges as “outstanding in the field of advocacy”, and The Society seeks to honor the role of the trial lawyer in our system of justice.

Membership is by invitation only which is proceeded by a rigorous screening process that considers the lawyer’s ability, experience, accomplishments and ethical standards as assessed by trial lawyers and judges.

James Campbell focuses his practice on civil litigation and the defense of catastrophic product liability, toxic tort, medical device, pharmaceutical, professional liability, and negligence matters throughout the United States. Mr. Campbell is one of the firms principal trial attorneys, and he serves as national, regional and local trial counsel for a variety of major national and international corporations and insurers.
