James M. Campbell of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy represented Blue Rhino in an action in which the plaintiff alleged that its insured driver’s vehicle was struck by the trailer of a Blue Rhino delivery truck containing gas grill propane tanks which was operated by Blue Rhino. Blue Rhino’s position was the direction in which the plaintiff’s insured claimed he was traveling at the time of the accident did not coincide with the time Blue Rhino’s driver would have been in the area of the accident making deliveries.
Counsel for the plaintiff agreed to dismiss its case against Blue Rhino.
