As he has for the past several years, James Campbell gave a presentation at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Annual Trial Academy, held in Palo Alto, California from July 28 – Aug. 1, 2012. The presentation, entitled “Bumps in the Road: Challenges All Lawyers Face”, shared with participants best practices in courtroom conduct, handling experts and witnesses, and dealing with the inevitable surprises that arise during trial. James Campbell is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
