Biography
Juliann S. Kelley is a civil litigator with a concentration on defending claims in product liability, personal injury and property damage matters. Juliann is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey.
Juliann earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Juliann was drawn to litigation through her internship with CNH America, Inc.’s in-house legal department, as well as her work as a law clerk with a medical malpractice defense firm, and as a student judicial law clerk with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Complex Litigation Center. In addition to these experiences, she was also a volunteer legal service coordinator with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and an intern with the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C.
Juliann currently serves on the Young Lawyer Editorial Board of The Legal Intelligencer.
