Biography
Lindsay Smith focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, primarily product liability. During law school, Lindsay served as an intern for the Major Felony Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorneys’ Office, and worked as an honors judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Robert B. Collings of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Lindsay also served as the Executive Literary Editor for the New England Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay practiced at a Boston area firm specializing in civil RICO matters. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.
Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and family on the south shore of Massachusetts and engaging in anything active.
