Glaeser v. Ford Motor Company

A 2000 Ford Explorer was hauling a trailer that was carrying a personal watercraft. When the Explorer’s right rear tire blew, the vehicle veered toward the edge of the highway. The driver overcompensated, and the vehicle rolled over 3 to 5 times. The administrator of the deceased driver alleged defective tires. The jury returned a verdict for the defense.
