Bower v. El-Nady
Brian Voke successfully argued against the plaintiff's call for a change in jurisdiction. In papers opposing our client, EgyptAir's, motion for summary judgment, the plaintiff asked the court to preemptively resolve the issue of subject matter jurisdiction. The plaintiff asked the court to remand his action to state court after nearly two years of federal litigation, a request which was not granted. Read more about this reported decision here.
Update: on March 12, 2012, EgyptAir's Motion for Summary Judgment was granted.
