Dangutis v. ThyssenKrupp
Plaintiff alleged that she sustained permanent and debilitating injuries as a result of having her hand and fingers crushed in an elevator door while it was closing. She sued the property owner and the property owner in turn sued our client, ThyssenKrupp, for negligent maintenance and failure to repair. After our experts established that there had been no negligent maintenance or repair, the plaintiff dismissed the case with prejudice.
