Pescatore v. Mead Johnson

Pescatore claimed that certain ingrediants in the Mead Johnson product Engamil Lipil caused his son’s autism. James Campbell and Christopher Parkerson worked with national counsel for Mead Johnson Anthony Anscombe and filed a motion to dismiss based upon Pescatore’s failure to submit expert evidence in support of the claim. The court granted Mead Johnson’s motion and dismissed all the claims against Mead Johnson.
