Case Details

Trombley v. Ford Motor Company

Plaintiff brought a claim that his seat belt can unbuckled and failed to properly restrain him in a frontal impact causing him personal injury. Ford defended the matter asserting that the plaintiff had permitted debris to get lodged in the buckle causing the alleged unbuckling.  As a result of the defense asserted, we were able to resolve the matter for much lower than the plaintiff’s initial demand following the trial.
