Storozuk v. Cumberland Farms, Inc.

A customer who was pulling her truck into a parking spot in front of the Cumberland Farms store accelerated her vehicle and drove Plaintiff, a customer who was exiting the store, and her truck through the front of the store. Plaintiffs claim that Cumberland Farms negligently maintained the property in a dangerous condition and is responsible for Plaintiff’s injuries because it did not have barriers around the store to block cars from striking pedestrians walking outside the store.
