Harsh v. Ford Motor Company

Plaintiff was parking a Ford Focus in the course of his employment as lot man for a Ford dealership, when defendant test driver drove a Taurus into the front fender of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, injuring Plaintiff. Plaintiff claimed that the design of the adjustable pedals on the Taurus was defective because it allowed the gas and brake pedals to be depressed simultaneously.
